CONFERENCE FOR PARENTS
There have been five annual Hands of Hope Conferences. They are dedicated to the amelioration of pediatric HIV/AIDS. The conferences are the only venues in the New York City area to be put on for and by the parents and caregivers of HIV-positive children and youth. Each year since 2000, the Partnership for Family Health (formerly the Northern Manhattan Women & Children HIV Project) has been a co-sponsor of these important educational events with Just Kids,
Children's Hope Foundation, and an ad hoc committee of activist parents and caregivers.
